Went there with my mom for a company trip one of her coworkers familys owns the park and it is amazing i would LOVE to return
Absolutely love Texas Safari! Three lovely, modern houses to stay overnight, over 8 miles of paved road and owner's give you feed to give to animals, about 1,000 acres of wildlife to explore. Saw over 500 animals spotlighting one evening! Western Town is so fun, too, I've held several events in the Saloon! Several Ponds to go fishing. Authentic Tonkawa Indian Cave is incredible to explore. Scenic views everywhere you look with benches on the hills to take in the beautiful views. Endless things to do and so many amazing, exotic animals to see up close.
Had such a great time at The Texas Safari. Stormy, our lovely tour guide was great. She was very welcoming and educated about all the animals on the property. Did not have any issues with the animals, all friendly. If you need a little get away, I would recommend going to Clifton and staying here. Lovely views all around. While you're in Clifton check out downtown for shopping and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Cliftex theatre also!
